The Solafact F400 portable three-in-one multifunctional food safety detector integrates surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology, spectrophotometry, and colloidal gold analysis methods. These three detection technologies complement each other, compensating for the limitations of single-technology detection and significantly improving performance. The device can detect over 300 types of substances, including prohibited additives, abused additives, healthcare drugs, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, and poisoning substances in food on-site. It can also detect indicators such as heavy metals, water quality, soil fertilizers, chemical preservation, veterinary drugs, antibiotics, and bacterial toxins.

The Solafact F400 also features smart supervision capabilities, allowing it to capture user identity information. It is equipped with a built-in positioning program that records geographical location data at all times. Additionally, the device has a camera function to photograph samples for record-keeping purposes.

The Solafact F400 Portable Food Safety Raman Spectrometer is a rapid detection device developed based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology and enhanced reagent preparation technology.
